MEET SHIANNE
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here & I look forward to meeting you if we haven’t had that chance yet. I’m Shianne, the stylist behind Sincerely Shianne, and here’s a little about me.
Born and raised in Montana as the youngest of six, I never imagined leaving my rural hometown. As I got older, I realized how much I wanted to explore the world, so with love for Montana still in my heart, I packed up at 18 and drove cross-country to Greenville, SC, where I attended and graduated from Bible College.
Shortly after, I spent a summer in Charleston, SC with my best friend, and ended up staying five years. During that time, I attended Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School and earned my license, fulfilling a childhood dream. From there, I moved to Charlotte, NC, experiencing city life for the first time. I worked in a salon but eventually knew I wanted more independence in my career and I knew Charlotte wasn’t my forever home.
In my fourth year in Charlotte, I was set up on a date with my now-husband (spoiler!) by family and friends in the Pinehurst area. I had been visiting my sister and her family for years and never imagined I’d one day make the move to this quaint, quiet town. Teddy and I were engaged within six months, married shortly after, and soon after my five years in Charlotte, I packed up, bringing me to where I am now: living in the Pinehurst area, settling into a new salon, and loving married life.
Hair and working with women has always been a passion of mine. Since I was six or seven, I knew this is what I wanted to do, not to cover up beauty, but to enhance it. My goal is always to help those who sit in my chair feel confident and proud of their look. In a world where beauty standards can feel overwhelming, I aim to deliver results you love and that are beautiful, manageable, and true to you.
Every client appointment is more than a conversation, it’s like writing a letter: sharing life updates, laughter, encouragement, and stories. That’s where “Sincerely Shianne” came from. Every time a client leaves my chair, it’s like closing out that letter. So thank you for allowing me to be a part of your story, for trusting me with your hair and your stories, and I hope you always leave my chair feeling confident and encouraged .
That’s a little bit of me and I hope you now have a better idea of the face behind the chair.
Sincerely, Shianne
